Analytics . We have added the ability to download the social media marketing service history of communication with your clients! There is no need to view each dialogue online, download and analyze at a time convenient for you. Downloading is available in .csv format for the “Basic” and “Advanced” tariffs.
Unloading the client's request history
WebApi. Now you have access to the Chats.show method, which allows you to get various data for a specific request. Also, in the Chats.list method, which returns data on a request, information about the page from which it was started has been added. A detailed description is available in the documentation .
Webhook data. We have added information on the channel type to the data for webhook uploads, now you can set up more flexible logic for processing information in your system. You can check with your manager for more details.
MessagingAPI v1.2. Now, when checking the availability of operators to assign a new request, you can get information taking into account its occupied slots, this will help you more flexibly configure the integration and make a decision - to transfer the request to the queue or not.
Added a new status to the analytics Sent to email for requests. Now you can not only forward requests to your email, but also evaluate how many of them were sent and how effectively you use the LiveTex service.
